  • getNewTransactions - Added logic for sale of Gift Cards.

  • getNewTransactions - Added Order GiftCardAmount to TotalAmount to balance order.

  • getNewOrders - Added Order GiftCardAmount to TotalAmount to balance order.

  • Item Profile Fields - Added configurable support for sending Item Profile Fields to middle-ware.
