Accepting International Payments

When configuring your payment settings, the question always comes up: Should I accept payments from anywhere in the world? The answer is a resounding NO!

In order to minimize the risk of fraud, Modern Retail makes the following recommendations when deciding to accept international payments.

Use PayPal. This reduces risk because the money hits your account within minutes of an order being placed. PayPal assumes the risk for you.
We use the following list of countries as a guideline for allowable countries to accept payment from and ship to:
