3.8.8 - Shipping Updates

We rolled out a brand new WooCommerce integrator update today! Included are a handful of fixes designed to make sure your integration experience is as smooth as possible.

• Updated refund settings

• Updated refunds beings sent to middleware via settings

• Fixed shipping instance issue when the shipping class is called by other plugins

• Fixed multiple shipping address order failing on order_item_id

• Removed unused classes
